Le Joueur is a Lebanese retailer offering board games, wooden games, puzzles, and gift items through our physical store and online platform.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  • Any misuse of the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

  • All content (images, logos, descriptions) is the property of Le Joueur and may not be copied without permission.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

  • In case of human error or technical mistake, Le Joueur reserves the right to correct prices or cancel incorrect orders.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online Payments (Visa, Mastercard, or other gateways – if available)

Your order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Deliveries are available across Lebanon via our trusted partners (including Toters and others).

  • Standard & Express delivery options are available as per our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or courier services are outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange rules are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy:

  • 24 hours for cash return or store credit (unopened items only)

  • 30 days for exchange (unopened, unused items with receipt)

  • Opened, damaged, or custom items are non-returnable

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

  • Orders refused upon delivery without prior notice may affect eligibility for future Cash on Delivery service.

8. Online Payments & Security

  • All online transactions are processed via secure and encrypted payment gateways.

  • Le Joueur does not store or access your credit card information directly.

  • Any payment dispute or refund for online payments will follow legal banking procedures.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your data, except with delivery, logistics, or payment service providers to complete your order.

10. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, text, and content on this website are the property of Le Joueur. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Le Joueur is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by delivery services, weather, or traffic

  • Loss or damage resulting from misuse of our products

  • Technical issues or downtime of the website

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
